Freebra is owned and operated by Brand Mrkt AB, 556682-3943, KIVRA: 5566823943, 106 31 Stockholm (hereinafter referred to as "Freebra"). The following terms and conditions apply to trading on freebra.se or freebraofsweden.com (collectively referred to as the "Website").


You must be over 18 years old to place an order on the Website.

You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery of the products. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Freebra reserves the right to stop the delivery and cancel the order.

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have provided. We ask that you carefully look at the order confirmation and verify that it is correct. If something is not correct, or you have not received an order confirmation, please contact Customer Care immediately via customer@freebraofsweden.com

The price of each item shown includes VAT if the shipping destination is within the EU. If the shipping destination is outside of EU, you may have to pay VAT (where applicable), duties and other local taxes upon delivery.

Right of cancellation
If contrary to expectations, Freebra cannot deliver the goods, you will be contacted immediately and any amount reserved or paid will be returned to you.

Freebra offers a 30-day return policy but we are according to law obliged to offer a 14-day cancellation right pursuant to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. The return is free of charge if you use the return shipping label provided by Freebra. Please note that all products must not be used, and all packaging must be unbroken. If you want to exercise your Right of cancellation please contact us at customer@freebraofsweden.com.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for us to register and accept a return and up to 20 working days to complete the refund to you.

The right of cancellation shall not apply to opened packages and used products, due to hygienic reasons.

The minimum order amount for free shipping is EUR 29 / SEK 299.

In the event shipping is charged, this will be confirmed by you upon checkout

We normally ship the order the same day or the following working day after receipt of the order.

We accept various payment methods via Shopify Payments, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Ideal and Paypal etc. Your payment is processed by Shopify Payments and payment provider (for example Klarna) only. Freebra will never handle any credit card/debit card number or other personal payment information.

Unclaimed packages
If you have not picked up your package 14 days after delivery it will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct actual handling and postage fees before reimbursing the paid product(s).

You may return your products within 30 days after receipt of delivery. The return is free of charge if you use the return shipping label provided by us. Please note that all products must be unused and all packaging must be unbroken.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for us to register and accept a return and up to 20 working days to complete the refund to you.

In those cases you are entitled to a refund, you will always receive the refund in the same way as you made the payment, for example, via your credit card.

If the product is defective, you are entitled to lodge a claim provided that it is done within a reasonable time. It is therefore important that you lodge your claim about the product as soon as you become aware of the defect.

Contact Customer Care at customer@freebraofsweden.com and enclose the following information:

• Receipt/order confirmation on your purchase.

• Short description of the defect.

• Pictures which clearly show the defect. It is important that at least one picture shows the entire product.

If Freebra decides that you need to send the product back, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product. If it turns out that your claim is not justified, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping and any shipping back to you.

We will handle your matter within 10 working days from when we receive either your claim or the defective product.

If we accept your claim, we will pay you within 10 working days.

As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to make a complaint in your own language through the ODR platform. http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Applicable law
Purchases of products on this Website are subject to Swedish law. All disputes shall be decided in a Swedish court.

Change of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may change without further notice. However, any changes will not apply for already placed orders as they will be governed by the Terms and Conditions that was in force at the time the order was placed.
